Lubricated with water, it can control grinding quality stably.Operation principle                                                                                                                                       Based on traditional external cylindrical centerless grinding machine, the machine equips six grinding head for high efficiency. It can complete coarse grinding, finish grinding,  and buffing one time. The first two grinding heads are grinding wheel, the third one is changeable grinding head (grinding wheel or abrasive belt), the others are abrasive belt head. In order to maintain different process requirements, the machine adopts frequency conversion control in the process of workpiece transmission.Construction                                                                                           This machine consists of abrasive belt (grinding wheel) grinding head mechanism, jockey pulley, synchronization adjustable mechanism, cooling (water) cycling system, dust collector, moving jockey pulley synchronization mechanism, electronic control system and etc.
